The Clear Lake Keys CC&R's Committee is in the process of reviewing and updating governing documents (CC&R's and By-laws) to bring them in line with current State and County codes. The Board will review and offer to homeowners the opportunity to review after updates are added. The revised documents will be posted on the webpage for additional inspection prior to presentation of the final draft and presentation for vote at a General Meeting.
