Clear Lake Keys Property Owners Association (POA)

The deadline for voting on the CC&R and ByLaws changes has been extended to January 17, 2026.  Out of 824 units, only 142 have voted.  It is critical that we receive enough votes for these changes.  Without these changes, the POA is limited in its ability to deal with properties that have weeds, trash and abandoned vehicles, thereby compromising the quality of life and the value of properties in the Keys.  Click here for more information and how to vote.
