Commonwealth Property Management (CPM) is the Managing Agent for the POA.  Effective March 1, 2025 CPM is                      responsible for receiving Association Fees, preparation of meeting agendas and  minutes, and other functions that support the POA.

A letter dated April 6, 2025 was sent to all property owners providing an overview of what CPM will do.  Click here to view the letter.  Included with the letter was an Owner Information Form.  Click here to view the form.  You can fill it out, download it, and print to mail it in, or you can attach it to an email.
